Rasna Saini and Aditi Mundle (Sachdev) are mompreneurs. That’s right! Most of their ideation and implementation
meetings have happened in hushed voices when their kids were sleeping. Between the two of them, they have advanced
degrees in computer science and business administration and a dilemma like gifting was just waiting to be resolved
when they were put together in the same room! (Actually it was the balcony where the idea was first discussed 😉)
Rasna is mom to a young boy, and is a financial trainer. She's a former investment banker, and has done M&A
and LBOs while she worked on the Wall Street in NYC. She is an army brat, with an engineering degree from The
University of Pune and an MBA from The Cornell University and The London Business School. An avid traveller and
an open water diver, she loves to connect with people (and fish, alike). In The Pine Tree, she's found a creative outlet
resonating with her credo of simplifying tasks and making them more meaningful.
Aditi is mom to a bubbly little girl, and sees The Pine Tree as an interesting confluence of her beliefs
as a mother, engineer and artist. Since completing her Master’s degree, she has gone from building
cloud enterprise software at Microsoft to building consumer web apps for startups. With an affinity
for clean design and clear logic, Aditi is at her brightest when designing user flows that feel
completely intuitive, and that's just what she loves doing at The Pine Tree.
